The Shenyang International School was founded in 1998 to provide an American-style educational program for the children of expatriates employed in Shenyang. Classes began in the fall of 1998 in the Liaoning VoTech University. In two years, the school grew to over 70 students.

In August of 2000, the school moved to the Dong Ling District. SYIS is a candidate for accreditation with the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC). Shenyang International School is a member of International Schools of China and the Liaoning American Chamber of Commerce.

Wuxi Oriental International School was established in the Wuxi New District by the Wuxi government in 2002 to provide a quality education to the children of foreigners living in Wuxi and surrounding areas. In 2006, LDi was asked to take over management of the school resulting in the establishment of the International School of Wuxi which began classes in August of 2007. ISW is a K-12 international school managed by International Schools of China (ISC) working to provide a North American education program for the children of expatriates living in Wuxi and surrounding communities.
