The following is a list of materials and forms that you will need to use in completing your pre-application process. To refresh your memory regarding exactly which forms need to be submited please re-read the instructions found on the login page for this level "Welcome to the Pre-Application Phase".

Should you have any problem opening or downloading any of these documents, please contact Megan Boire at meganb@ldius.org, and she will send you the forms.

Due to the cycle of our contract renewals, we will not have a listing of all current openings until the end of February '08.

	Pre-Application Form
	Please complete and return the Pre-Application Form and return it along with a copy of your resume.. If you are married and your spouse is in fact, not currently located in China, he or she will also need to complete a copy of the Pre- Application Form. Once we receive your completed Pre-Application Form(s) and resume, I will let you know whether or not we would like to ask you to enter our Pre-Acceptance Phase..
	Statement of Faith (SOF)
	At this level, the Statement of Faith is provided for your information only. During the Pre-Acceptance Phase you will be asked to read and sign the Statement of Faith, signifying your agreement with it.
